Declaration on accessibility

We want to provide all people, regardless of physical or technical requirements, with the most barrier-free access possible to our digital services.

We are therefore working to make our digital offerings accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and EU Directive 2016/2102.

This declaration applies to our website www.actionbound.com and our app Actionbound for Android and iOS.

Status of accessibility

This declaration was drawn up on 02.06.2025.
The information is based on a self-assessment of our platform.

Our website and app are currently partially accessible.
We are currently revising the platform to meet the requirements of WCAG 2.2 - Level AA as well as possible.

Content that is not yet barrier-free

Some areas of our website do not yet fully meet the requirements:

Not all elements can currently be operated completely using a keyboard or screen reader.
Alternative texts for images are missing in some places.
Some color contrasts are not yet optimal.
Some forms are not correctly labeled.
The visible focus (e.g. for tab navigation) is not always sufficient.
The PDFs that are created and offered for download via the website are not barrier-free.
The mobile app version is not yet fully accessible.
Content created by users themselves (Bounds) may contain barriers. The respective creators are responsible for this content.

We are aware of these issues and are continuously working to improve them.
