Unsere Actionbound-Reise führt von der Steinzeit über das Alte Ägypten und Rom bis zu den Anfängen der Fotografie im 19. Jahrhundert. Passend zum Motto des diesjährigen Museumstages „Museen inspirieren die Zukunft“ stellen Wissenschaftler:innen in Filmen ausgewählte Exponate vor. Eines haben sie alle gemein: die teils jahrtausendealten Objekte erzählen Geschichten, die bis heute nichts von ihrer Aktualität verloren haben und in die Zukunft weisen. Kulturaustausch und Migration werden ebenso beleuchtet wie religiöse Toleranz und globale Vernetzung.
