Preparing download

Actionbound Helpdesk

What do you want to know?

Via the QR code, the website or a secret code - find out how you can start a Bound.

Start QRcode

Each Bound has its own start QR code, which is generated when the Bound is created and cannot be changed. You can find this on the Bound dashboard, the Bound page or on the start guide.
If you want to start a Bound using the start QR code, first open the Actionbound app overview and click on Scan code. The Actionbound code scanner opens. As soon as the QR code has been successfully read, the Bound opens and you can start.

On most mobile devices, the device camera also works as a QR code scanner. You can therefore also scan a start QR code with your camera and, if you have the Actionbound app installed, you will be taken directly to the start of the Bound. If you have not yet installed the Actionbound app, you will be taken to the Bound page. By clicking Download app you will be directed to the app store of your operating system to download the app.

Bound page

Have you received a link to the bound page of a Bound? Then you can also start a Bound here. Here you will find the Start Bound button.
If you have already installed the Actionbound app, it will start automatically. If you have not yet installed the app, click on Download Bound and you will be redirected to the app store of your device's operating system. You can now download the Actionbound app here.

Start secret bound via the code

You will not find secret Bounds on the public map and they cannot be called up using the Find Bound function. To do this, you need either the Start QR code, the Link to Bound page or the Bound code.
The code consists of the last part of the Bound URL after the /.
Example: https://de.actionbound.com/bound/so36 so the code is like this36
The bound URL is created by the bound owner when the bound is created.

If you have received a code to open a Bound, you can enter it in the Actionbound app under Find Bound - Secret Bounds and start the Bound.
